This is the worst rental car company I’ve ever dealt with. Bad enough, it prompted me to write this review regarding the 3rd Avenue Bronx location specifically. If you call ahead, they will tell you they have cars available. Once you reserve your car online, and you arrive to the location, you have to actually wait two hours or more for a vehicle. Basically, you are waiting for someone to return the vehicle for you to get a vehicle. They never have enough cars for the customers they serve. Heed my warning, be prepared to wait for a very long time. Or you can simply book with Another car company with better rates and service.

I booked a car and arrived on time. They said they did not have any cars even though they called me the night before to confirm. The place is horribly mismanaged and I would not come back here again

They are pricey and honesty my experience was they tact on mad stuff ND I didn't get the price I was given online depending on ya vehicle u choose plus a 250 deposit they don't tell u about if u book online plus insurance etc....1 day is can be around 300-450

They may charge you an extra fee because of the drop off location. Call just as a precaution.
Like any business it's all about getting paid if you work for some one other than your self you gotta hustle there's no other way if you want to make it.
Well first you have to download the ENTERPRISE APP. THEN YOU WILL SEE A PROMPT TO RESERVE A CAR. IT WILL ASK YOU WHAT SIZE YOU WANT, ECONOMY, COMPACT OR WHATEVER. OR YOU CAN CALL. BUT PERSONALLY I LIKE doing it online. It shows you the cars, you choose which you you want, it has the price for each car, then one you pick a car they will add the taxes, insurance, ect Then you'll see what you're paying for. When you arrive you just pick whatever car you want or if they don't have the one you chose, they actually give YOU A FREE UPGRADE. THEN WHEN YOU RETURN IT THEY WILL SEND YOU A COPY of your bill, everything about your rental through your email address. This way you can view everything. I love doin it this way. Good luck.
