Just moved back to Atlanta for work and after looking for a few months finally settled in at Townhouse Atlanta. Super grateful I found this place the staff is super nice/ attentive, property is well taken care of, and it’s super safe. I love being super close to any type of store I need. Feels more like a home than a cold apartment. So if your looking check them out.

comcast for sure. pay electric yourself and they add on water to your rent bill. no gas...at least my unit was all electric
Hello I use to be a resident there, unfortunately they don't have three bedrooms, but they have a floor plan that has two bedrooms and a office downstairs the office is actually big enough to use as a third bedroom, the price was around 1800 a month. You will love the new manager Michael, the leasing staff is awesome too. Lynn is an awesome leasing consultant so try to deal with those two they really make you feel at home. I actually still visit the community. Good luck!!!!
