My HVAC unit failed at almost 4 years old and while it's disappointing, it was made worse because this company refused to stand by their product. Although the unit was under warranty and they made promises to have someone in house take care of the repair - they did not deliver and it was a lot of energy spent trying to hold them to some kind of accountability for their product. It cost me almost $3k to diagnose the problem, then have it repaired. They ultimately provided the part, but the warranty is a JOKE. Imagine if you blew a head gasket in your car and the car was under warranty so they handed you a $5 gasket, then you had to pay someone to take apart your engine and rebuild it. That's what happened to me. I will definitely avoid National Comfort Products and go out of my way to warn others.

They never answer, and if they do, it's a bunch of lies. They don't stand by their products and the warranty is a joke. Avoid at all costs!
Lol, registering it still won't save you a gigantic repair bill if the unit fails at 3 years old like mine did. Good luck getting them to stand by their products.
