I had an awful time when my three year old unit was leaking from the evaporator coil. They essentially gave me the part but left me with over a thousand dollars to have to pay to have it installed - and that's after spending more than $700 to have it diagnosed. I will never recommend national comfort products and tell everyone I know to avoid their products!
