This was one of the worst customer service and bad communication experiences I've had. I attempted getting someone to give me a quote on a fairly simple landscaping job. Talked to someone, gave a estimated budget on their website, signed up on their website as they directed, and never was able to coordinate with a contractor to get an actual quote. Then when I was done trying, their operations manager emails me saying he wants to try and get me the quote. I reply back thinking I'll give it another shot and no response. I think the while thing is a big scam.

We had a terrible experience with Eden with a request for snow removal - I scheduled with Eden at 6 a.m. on February 2, 2021. By February 4, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. my driveway still had not been plowed. There were numerous e-mail exchanges either telling me someone would be out each afternoon on the 2nd and 3rd and twice telling me that a contractor had broken equipment. The job was assigned and reassigned twice. The kicker was when a service apparently showed up and saw 2 cars shoveled out of our 10 car -- yes 10 car -- driveway and decided it didn't need plowed. After 2 days we did need to actually move a car. Never mind that it is a 2 entrance L shaped driveway. No phone call. No clarification -- just cancelled the job when they were actually at our driveway. We won't be using Eden again.

We are very pleased with the services provided by them. I felt that my ideas were listened to and the finished product is beautiful. Thank you.

Rock salt is intended to be spread on the ground before snow falls to prevent it from sticking to the surface.
Salt's efficiency decreases with decreasing temperature, to the point where it doesn't act at all when temperatures are near 10 degrees and below.
Most people prefer to clear snow on non-snowy days, but this should not be done at any time of day. The best time to shovel snow is first thing in the morning.
Fertilizing your lawn is an important lawn care chore that ensures your lawn receives the nutrients it requires for healthy development and a pleasing appearance. Fertilization delivers a steady release of organic nutrients, as well as carefully balanced levels of nutrients, that aid in the creation of new leaves, cell walls, and root growth in your lawn. We recommend applying fertilizer once a year in the spring in northern sections of the country, such as Northwestern Indiana.
When done in the fall, overseeding and aeration produce the best results for your grass. Overseeding will make your lawn healthier and thicker, which will assist to improve the curb appeal of your property. Lawn aeration promotes the depth and strength of grass roots by increasing airflow. Aeration and overseeding go hand in hand because aeration prepares the lawn for overseeding.
