World of Animals at Bensalem

All three of my dogs have been going to world of animals for years. They are always very helpful with answering questions. The staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who is looking for a quality and safe place to take their animals.

very upset. I had a new patient appointment for my cat and was told it will be looked at from ears to toes and I can bring a stool sample as well to check for worms. My kitten had been scratching his ears and there was a discharge. I asked several times if it is an ear mite and if they can look under microscope to check for it. Nobody did, Dr. L.Brown just smelled the swab and said its ok, no treatment needed (and the cat kept scratching his ears while on the table). Well, its not, the blackish discharge is still there and getting worse, cat keeps scratching his ears. Nobody called me back with the results of stool test as well. I followed up by email, no reply. Was the test ever done? I don't know. I appreciate all the smiles I got there, and photo session for the cat, and numerous attempts to provide extra services on top, but I'd better get treatment for the things that are really needed first.

Do yourself a favor and never go to visit that she has no clue what she’s doing she is the nurses and she’s the doctor she has no clue she almost killed my dog by overprescribing medication she’s young and immature and they have no time for anybody we can’t that’s a big deal if you ask a question they just hang up on you and move on to the next person all they care about is money nothing else There are Wellmore qualified veterinarians out there than this one is this one is unbelievable the place is disgusting it’s just unbelievable and the staff is so ignorant like I said God for bid if you have to ask a question they have no time for you after you pay the bill I highly recommend you do not go to them because they just don’t care about your animals and I will be reporting them it’s a shame and how they treat animals when their profession is to take care of animals makes me sick to my stomach
