Left three messages confirming my appointment. No one called me back, no one showed. When I did speak to someone they told me I never gave them proof of purchase. They could have told me that before they cancelled without telling me. I took off from work which is very difficult for me and very frustrating. I have never left a review like this. This is a response to cape repair: As I stated above, I left three messages to try and confirm my appointment. You called me at 4:14pm. I called back at 5:39 pm and then twice this morning. No one called me back. If there was something I needed to do before the appointment, like provide proof of purchase, you should have reminded me so I could have taken care of it. You said nothing in your message about me needing to provide proof of purchase. If you had, I would have done it. I would be more inclined to use your business if you just owned the fact that you were wrong to not show up without telling me.

Our service technicians sanitize their hands before and after each service call and wash their hands with soap and water throughout the day, whenever possible. They also wear face coverings and maintain a distance of 6 feet between themselves and others whenever possible.
