Large store with many items. For as many years as the store has been there, it still feels like they moved into a warehouse. Department signs need to be bigger and hung from the ceiling. Not sure if anyone picks up items from the floor and brings them back to the correct place or if they just get put on whichever shelf is close. Didn't see any workers on the sales floor.

Very Rude security guy standing by the door in the night shift yesterday (06/14/22) He have a wired way of talking which is very hard to understand i dont think he realize that... so wen he try to tell me something i cudnt understand him so he started laughing on my face have no sense of humanity too Burlington is my fav store my whole family shop from there but i think management should teach him some manners to treat coustomers otherwise everything is good i love shopping there..

Amazing stuff. Very clean and neat. However the customer service is very bad. Extremely long lines with only three/ four cashiers. It’s long weekend why is there only three cashiers? Very horrible services!!!!

The checkout line was very long . I asked the manager how many cashiers was on and he quickly said that he had everyone on and he had to give his staff a break As a customer I think that is a staffing problem not a customer problem. Manager needed to stop what he was doing and help with checkout. He also needed to apologize for the wait time instead of being defensive.
