Purchased a jacket in-store, took it home and washed it, came out of the washing machine completely ripped. Mind you I followed the washing instructions on the tag. Brought it back to the store and the manager said there is absolutely nothing they could do for me. I wasn't asking for a refund. All I wanted was the same jacket or a store credit. I will never give my money to Forever 21 again. Granted it was only $30 bucks, but it is about the principle. Horrible customer service.

I bought a pair of pants June 10th to wear on Fathers Day in which I did. However as I am out to dinner with my husband my pants rip on their own not just 1 rip they ripped in 3 different places. I was so embarrassed and no they were not too tight they were my actual size I had to leave dinner before I wanted to because of these pants. My underwear were showing everyone was looking at me I wanted to cry. I called Forever 21 corp office and they said they can do anything I have to take it up with the store. I called the store 3 times and no answer. I will no longer shop nor recommend Forever 21 to anyone!
