I am certain this place racially profiles it’s shoppers. Employees need bias training at the very least and should be held accountable for the impact the behavior has on patrons. I went in to shop with my boyfriend and was followed as I scanned through the racks. Literally would catch gaze and then she’d awkwardly smile or make a random statement in an attempt to hide intentions. I remember picking up a pair of gloves laid out on a table to see the color: When I tell you a saleswoman sped walked just to snoop and keep tabs. Genuinely disgusted to say the least. Black and Brown people spend your money elsewhere.

Thanks for asking! We require facemasks and hand sanitizer for all clients. All staff are required daily health check-ins and we thoroughly sanitize throughout the day. Additionally we maintain a smaller capacity and exceed all NY state sterilization practices.
