Horrible experience dealing with this credit union. I deposited a check then a few days later my check was deemed returned and taken the fund out of my account. I had to deal with these ppl for days multiple phone calls and branch visits of they telling me that the check had already been cashed somewhere else. When that the only place I had taken the check lol. Anyway after three 3day of them not wanting bto return me my money from a valid check they finally figured out that THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE! AND I DIDNT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY.

Im so grateful for everything this branch has helped me with. I got approved here where my previous bank did not approve me for anything I would apply for even with good credit. Marvin really seemed to care and helped me with a personal loan and refinancing my car which both were approved ! Thank you !

Today was one of many bad experiences my husband and I have had at this location. I don't know if the employees need to retrain on customer service and on their policies or this location is just simply not a good place to bring you're business to. We are thinking on closing our accounts because it's ridiculous to have to put up with rude customer service every time.

new here- got transferred when our credit union was assumed or sold to them a few weeks and to get in by phone is unreal - always on phone forever this morning already holding over 10 minutes - they call this a brief delay= well it is Monday and no website access - maybe the reason -they have a special way to get to a phone teller but it does not work for me. supposed to be acct # and last of social, but I put it in and it does not work. I will actually have to go in as heading toward 15 minutes I went into El Monte and they were very nice - and they amount I wanted to withdraw was NO problem. That was nice, but the phone service here as continually sucked.
