Do not go to Seven Hills Health and Rehab Center. The entire staff are unprofessional. The Admissions Director is rude and does not know what she is doing and after the occupational therapist called me the n word, the director barged in my room with her 10 year old son calling me a liar. The toilet did not work for four days and they told me to put the lid down and use the bathroom across the hall. The PLEBOTIMIST bruised my entire afm that lasted close to two weeks. The nurses ana staff do not respond to the call light and the entire staff are unprofessional and do not care. I transferred from the facility after 5 days.. Do not take anyone there or you will seriously regret it.

If I could, I would rate lower. This place was cool until their first shift nurses who work the rehab floor turned my experience into a nightmare and when I refused to let it continue(I left) they got me DNR. Which upsets me since I did enjoy working there. I actually adored their patients and did my work and got along with the rest of their staff (not them two) I came in for first shifts there and even night shift since they couldn’t keep staff. But clearly from the looks of these reviews, maybe it’s for the best to never go back there again. They might want to reconsider hiring better staff and let the them bitter women leave. (Who were sitting all day, refusing to go see patients requesting them, was playing hip hop music on their phones and being loud with inappropriate conversations) I’m assuming they did that because it was the weekend and management is usually not there. But I hope the best for the 2nd floor patients because they were some of my favorites I worked with.

A year ago my granddaughter made a very strong statement about this place I hundred percent agree with her this place is horrible my husband died because of this place no one was in there to check on him for hours he stopped breathing and then finally lunchtime came around and then that’s when they found him unresponsive in his bed When I went up to the hospital several different doctors came up to me and told me there is nothing else we can do for him he was in bad shape he was dying because of the mistakes that this place had made they wouldn’t change his catheter they leave it nasty they gave him a blood infection every time you would try and call and talk to him there was always someone on the other line making it as hard as it possibly could be to talk to him I wish this on no one Please do not send your family members here
