A dear friend of mine was recently admitted to Regina Health Center for skilled nursing and rehab. The care was outstanding from nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. I was very impressed with the kindness, professionalism, cleanliness, and excellent coordination of care. She received her individualized plan of care, updates, medications, and was kept abreast of all appointments and happenings at the facility. All staff demonstrated such kindness and compassion. Thank you for caring for my dear friend.

I have nightmares about the care my family member received here. The DON is unprofessional, lacks compassion and does not advocate for residents. I encourage people who have family here to frequently pop in and check to see what’s REALLY going on (at different days and times). If you’re searching for placement, I highly recommend you look elsewhere!
