It has nice wallpaper and all but if you’d like to check on your loved one, good luck getting anybody on the phone. Occasionally someone will answer who doesn’t seem to know much and says to call back later when someone more knowledgeable is there. 20 phone calls most humans, including myself, give up. Maybe they’re just going through a rough spot with staffing but this isn’t the kind of business where that excuse is going to cut it.

Great staff! Beautiful facility. They offer stand alone homes, in facility independent living apartments, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. Physical therapy, exercise facilities, walking trail, beauty salon, and dining hall all on site.

If it were possible to give this place zero stars, that is what I would give them because that is what they deserve. My grandmother is there for physical therapy and she has been there for a week and half. Her bed has been mad by authorized personal once, bedroom cleaned once, bathroom HASNT been cleaned. They leave her trays in her room all day. They are so understaffed that they think that when she presses her call button they can just ignore it and continue doing what they are doing. She can’t walk well. But she has been taking herself to the bathroom because they decided she wasn’t priority enough to come and help her, even though it is there job when she could get so hurt. She feels so unsafe there that she panics when it becomes nighttime because she feels like no one is going to come and help her in the middle of the night if she really needs them. Mealtime has been late every single day. We have to bring her food from outside because she is so hungry. They are late bringing her nighttime meds EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, and by late, I mean bringing an elderly person who needs rest their meds at almost 11 pm. She gets to come home Wednesday, but I pray for everyone else who resides there permanently. God bless them and I hope they get the care they deserve. It is scary leaving your loved ones there.

If you are looking for rehabilitation or living quarters for your loved one do NOT choose Rose Crest. This place is a joke. When you hit the nurse call button they never come until 30 to 45 minutes later. Told my mother she was not her CNA and left her in the restroom. My daughter had to take her back to the room 10 minutes later. Room wasn't cleaned unless I cleaned it. I gave her showers. The bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a week. Sheets has not been changed in a week and a half. Nurse told her she couldn't take her to the bathroom until she finished giving out breakfast. Came back an hour late . SHITTY PLACE

Not sure about the shifts. I'm pretty sure it varies with each position. Give them a call and ask about the particular job you're interested in. They do have a great team, very kind and caring.
