The health department needs to roll up in there. This place doesn’t deserve any stars. I worked there. An I could go deep into the filthiness of the rooms to the bathrooms. To the staff CNA’s RN’s etc to the higher ups… very short staffed. Some residents don’t get the help they need or even seen everyday, because there short handed… some don’t even belong in that place. They need to be evaluated to go to a psych ward… very sweet resident but she’ll tell you how she feel an what she wants to do… no one paid that one lady any attention. I talked to her because I cleaned her room. She never wanted me to leave she just wanted someone to listen to her. An I would encourage her…I’ve seen mold on curtains/floor boards in rooms… I can go deeper into detail. Especially with this Covid an no Covid residents being housed on same wing… but, ima leave that alone. Half of the nurses only there for the check… but, that’s another story. OSHA/Health inspectors need to move in ASAP.. that place needs to be shut down an renovated… mold isn’t good for them older folks.. that can cause more health problems…ooh an not to mention snakes ALWAYS, end up in the building…
