It’s a long drive for me, but definitely worth it! The facility is bright and clean with out that sickly order some places have. The staff are friendly and caring and involved. They serve meals I find nutritious and tasty👍I feel good about my mom being there.

I visited my sister in law along with my husband the staff was awesome the building was very clean and my sister law received excellent care ❤

I question the dynamic of the efficiency of this nursing home. Maybe the employees are not educated enough. Maybe they have little training. Maybe this place exists just for the corporation that owns it to collect money. Either way, my father looked like he died in a 3rd world country! Absolutely unacceptable! 100% displeased!

The Heights did this to my father after he started to recover from Covid and was gaining weight this place let this happen to him before they did anything to help him. They left him malnourished & severely dehydrated for days while the family tried to force feed him when my Dad was already to weak to eat & drink. My family & my Dad have had to struggle unnecessarily because of The Heights neglect on a patient that is paying big bucks to be at that facility. We pray now that he will be strong enough to come back to us. How can The Heights justify the money my Dad has paid them for the care that he was supposed to get But did not get? Update: My Dad passed away today March 24, 2022
