If you don't care about your family member, then by all means, send them here! First off let's talk about safety/security. 90+% of the time, there is NO ONE monitoring who enters the building. The front desk is unattended. Anyone can walk in and wander around freely. Next, let's talk about the "teeny bopper air head" who runs the place, Kaylee. Apparently they couldn't find a qualified adult to run the place so they settled for her. She puts on her phony smile and talks nice to your face, then goes off and shows her true colors. When exiting the facility, I heard her and another employee mocking and making jokes about a patients family and their loved one. She is 100% classless. It's pretty obvious all she cares about is taking money. Still not convinced? Read the reviews. Looks like they bribe all the employees to write 5 star reviews to get their ratings up. Ignore the employee reviews and read the reviews from family/patients who have actually had to deal with these clowns and you'll see the true story about what's going on at O'Neill. Its too bad that i can't give O'Neill 0 stars. Shame on these people.

The care that my father received at this facility was above average. Every single staff member I encountered was professional and caring! I couldn’t be more pleased with the care my dad received received. Special shout out to nurse Annette. She goes above and beyond! Thank you to all of the staff members who cared for my dad.

I must say I have been to many faculties as I did 30 years of Senior Health care. I have see some of them worst and what was some of the best. U ntil I was blessed being sent to O'Neil's. The staff there are wonderful. From the top to the bottom. The nurses all of them are top notch. Very caring always happy. The RA are top of the line. So many of you to Thank. If I don't remember your name charge it to my head and not my heart. God bless you call. Love you call.
