First off, the amount of financial headache is not worth coming here. They will nickel and dime you for anything they can find and even when you pay the first set of bills, they send you something ridiculous months later as a “discharge fee”, for letting you leave I guess? I gave birth here, the experience was mixed. Some doctors and nurses are awesome and some are the total opposite. Was in a stressful situation while in labor due to a nasty nurse. Not coming back here again.

Ran tests on my friend who is already known to have brain lesions. And refuse to tell her the results. Instead you tell her she'll find out options in NOVEMBER... sooo basically you'll help her After she dies... what good are you?

Phelps hospital has very attentive staff, the nurses and doctor’s are professional and courteous . Hi Karen, That is a great question and the answer is that we actually don't have visiting hours at the hospital anymore. We recognize the importance of support from friends and family to our patients and as patient care is our primary goal at the hospital we recognize that patients should have the right to visitors at any time during their episode of care. Patients also have a right to designate a "support person" for emotional support. Limitations on visitation may be imposed based on clinical and/or operational grounds but if such a limit is needed, we will be sure to explain the reasoning to both our patient and the visitor. I hope this answers your questions.
Not sure about epidemic but we're aware of it and got a shot on my yearly physical exam...
Yes. Parking is free. There are a few parking lots around the hospital and also a parking garage building with several parking floors. Outside parking on the top area is usually full during day but the nearby parking garage usually has space. Good luck and be well.
