Came here to ASV Middleburg with my elderly Mother who fell and broke her hip! All was well until shift change, then went downhill as the nurse sat around doing nothing but downing a tub of buffalo chicken dip, and didn’t even offer a cup of water! Been waiting 5 hours for transport to St. Vincent’s Riverside and when I ask for an update all I get are snickers and “we’re just waiting”! I see other nursing teams moving around room to room, but not the team assigned to my elderly Mother! Guess Buffalo dip is more important than patients! She passes out from morphine, pain and exhaustion and her oxygen levels drop into the 70’s but no nurse! Went and got another nurse who came and took care of O2, and after complaining about the lack of feedback was told transport in another hour and a half! Hopefully St Vincent’s Riverside is better! Sad that this nursing team is so poor, the rest seem to be concerned with their patients!

They don’t know what they doing had me sitting in a room for a hour prolly longer typing this while i in this room they all laughing out there but ain’t getting nothing done ain’t busy and they over here slacking off nd bullshiiing

No-No-No!! Please!! I made the mistake of going to this circus, where you don’t know who’s the ring leader & who’s the clown. Because for me, they were clowns including that big head charlatan, Sapolsky. He’s the leader of clowns. I’ll keep myself home, in pain, before I waste my gas & go to this circus, oh? & have you notice that the ones who “take care” of you, are not named on the discharged papers? huh?? Anyways…. I’ll just wait till my DOCTOR can see me then I’ll go to….MY DOCTOR!!

My husband was admitted twice in a two week span. Not any of the doctors fault. All the doctors and staff were excellent. I was aloud to stay with him 24/7. Thank you all great experience Thank you
