They are $780 a month and well worth it the two bedrooms both have huge walk in closets and are more like two master bedrooms with only a couple of square feet difference between them. There is a waiting list so you will want to come to the office and get signed up on the waiting list now believe me it's worth it. It's a great community to live in you should come check us out. Oh yea it is $825. the state just allowed a rent increase but even at the increased prices it's still a wonderful place to live.

This is a predominantly white neighborhood only a mile from the nicest part of all of Jacksonville. There's a large park on one side of the property with the police association next door to that. (Not the police station, the association is a very low key business that supports the police department individuals). My neighbors are quiet and protective, which adds to my sense of security. I live in building one. I would live alone but my adult son helps to care for me, a disabled somewhat wheelchair bound woman. We feel perfectly safe walking to Walmart neighborhood just a mile up the road. If you look up the crime rates for this area you will find that we are among the lowest. The school districts are among the highest. I hope somehow this information helps you.

Yes. I also live here and agree with Bobbie. Meagan is very easy to talk to and would be happy to answer all your questions. She does get busy but returns calls as she can. The longest wait list is for one bedrooms. The application fee was $85 per adult when I moved in two years ago. The apartments are very spacious. They do have a website, search Google 'Madison Commons, Middleburg, FL' to find it. Happy hunting!
