Yes. I also live here and agree with Bobbie. Meagan is very easy to talk to and would be happy to answer all your questions. She does get busy but returns calls as she can. The longest wait list is for one bedrooms. The application fee was $85 per adult when I moved in two years ago. The apartments are very spacious. It's 350 dollars for pets it was when i moved in 3 years ago. I'm pretty sure Meagan will work with you on that. If you get a form from the office and get your Dr to declared your dog an emotional support animal you don't have to pay that. The regular deposit has gone down to 350 & 450 dollars but it can also be a month's rent. But it's so worth it this is a lovely and very nice place to live. The people who work here and live here are very nice they fix things right away no bugs in the apartments because of very regular visits by the bug man. They aren't the fanciest apartments around but they are reasonable rents and overall a wonderful place to live. You may have to get on a list to move in but it's so worth it. I sure don't want to move. Plus there are lots of friendly people and dogs that live here to. 😊 You will love the layout of the apartments and all apartments have washer/dryer hookups a bonus in my book. But there is a laundry in the clubhouse along with a workout room
