Management and staff are awesome. We’ve been here almost 8 years and whenever we have an issue management works with us. If something needs to be fixed it’s get done! We love Hunter’s Run!

UPDATE: The trash has been out of Order for a week now and there’s trash everywhere!! They increased rent but yet everything is still outdated nothing is fixed buildings have not been power washed and maintenance is just riding around on gulf carts looking busy inside and outside the complex!! They don’t even cut the grass. Gates still don’t work. And Their go to response for everything is “due to covid” it’s almost 3yrs post covid find another excuse that one is old now!!! And they’re charging you an extra when you pay your rent online !!! These apartments are horrible I moved in everything has mold , the top of the showers, the whole AC unit covered in mold and dust when I moved in. You can’t even get anyone to answer the phone the voice mail is always full. You go inside to speak with the staff and they can’t give you straight answers from Dominic to Sydney it’s always my manager isn’t here so I’m not sure at This point why are they evening there if you can’t do anything let alone fix and issues. The maintenance is horrible they come into your apartment to “fix” but there’s no note left behind saying why they entered your apartment and nothing is fixed. The whole place is a scam and not to mention they don’t fix damages when you move in you basically get it as is this place is trash they don’t power wash the buildings or do any upkeep there’s rusty railings and dirty hallways but the leasing office looks nice and freshly painted while the rest of the place looks run down and parking is horrible you have basically park 2 buildings down to find any parking. And the gates don’t work at all. I don’t recommend moving here

Pool has been closed to tenants for at least 4-5 months. Lawn care is less than what it expected!!! Not near enough dog bag and or trash cans. And only maybe 2 people out of every 10 people actually pick up behind there dogs. Way to many dogs running loose without a leash and this is common in our community!! As my own dog was attacked by one that was running loose !!! And the worst is this is supposed to be a gated community but gates have been down for at least a year now ?? We have solicitors in here 2-5 days a week ???? I have been here since 2012 and I love my apt and wouldn’t change that for anything. But there is a lot that needs attention now not later

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now and never had an issue, maintance is always going above and beyond and the office is always attentive and ready to meet our needs. Friendly neighbors, never had a problem with anyone and people keep to themselves.
