Took my wife to the ER today and check in was a complete joke. No one at the desk to receive you, just a sign saying fill out a form and place it on the desk but if you need a nurse right away to push the black button. The black button is conveniently hidden behind a plant on the desk, I literally had to move the plant to the other side of the desk to find it. This clearly irritated the nurse once she finally came to the desk because she looked at me in the waiting room as she moved it back in front of the button. Additionally these forms you fill out are just sitting out on top of the front desk. I went up to find my wives form among all the others and make sure the nurse saw it, she scolded me saying that I cant look through other peoples forms. Well I'm not trying to but there's just a pile of everyone's forms sitting out on the front desk. Do better WCH, its 2022 you can't have a better system then that?

Had to visit the e.r. tonight. Had a bit of a wait, but the entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

I’m a kidney transplant person and I went to the emergency room because a slab of concrete landed on my big toe, well the triage nurse, just grabbed my arm with my fistula and was proceeding to take my blood pressure, well for ANYONE with a fistula they know you never take a blood pressure on any part of the body that has a fistula, and then she was put off and upset with me. I should have called the nurse director directly but I didn’t think it would do ANY GOOD at all. Who ever plays together stay’s together!!
