Could not be happier with Trillium Creek Dermatology. Dr. Reedy is personable and very professional. Office staff is equally the same. My wife and I are both patients there and driving from Canton to Wooster is more than worth it! We will continue being patients at Trillium Creek Dermatology!

The visit was good and seemed professional. They diagnosed my condition and gave me a treatment plan. This issue was that they gave me a sample pack of Otezla and told me to take it for thirty days after giving me a list of negative side affects to likely happen to my body. I was willing to take the medication as the doctor obviously thinks the benefits out way the negatives. Then the Doctor made a comment about having to reach out to the insurance to see if they will cover this medicine. That concerned me so I reached out to the insurance and it turned out after insurance, my part was close to $1300 per month. I can not afford this so I called these guys back to see what alternatives I have so I can afford to treat my condition. They told my that they wont consider changing my treatment until I take all the samples and come back for my follow up appointment. I explained that I cant afford this, and they would not budge. They would not offer any alternatives and kept repeating herself as she was following a script. "You have to take the meds and come back for your follow up" I asked why I would start if I know I will not be able to continue and this stuff has horrible side effects. She just continued to repeat, "You have to take the meds and come back for your follow up" . I finally said, "Well, I don't feel comfortable taking these meds", and she said "Okay, have a good day" It felt like I just got off the phone with a drug dealer. I will be seeking a second opinion.
