Slapped my mother's hand when she tried to point out which area she was experiencing pain. He pretty much dismissed it without concern.

Felt rushed. Cuts off my questions. Whole appt plus waiting time took no more than 10min. Had to pay 5 dollar co pay plus extra 50 for looking into my nose and clean out my ear. (Insurance covers 30%). I felt like I took his time away or something. Very rude to patients. Never going back. Felt like I just threw my money away. Staffs are nice.

ETA: He billed my insurance $766 to look in my ears and my nose & tell me use Flonase (which is OTC) I didn’t get the link to review on zocdoc from the practice. Interesting because I have even received it from canceled appointments. I did not read reviews. I just booked with the first ENT I could find. The front desk staff was very nice & efficient. First, I’m 36 & never had ear issues. I started having the muffled sound and the feeling that you get in an airplane. I thought maybe I pushed wax down with a qtip so I bought the ear camera and the kit to flush your ear. There was nothing pushed down but I noticed my ear drum was retracted so I decided to see a doctor. I am echoing the other honest reviews. The doctor cut me off & didn’t listen to me. Told me do not use qtips. Yelled at me to take my hands down from my face when he was simply talking to me. Not yet examining me. It’s very normal to gesture or touch your body part you are speaking about when you are talking. Made a rude remark about googling when his diagnosis was exactly what I found & he gave me the maneuver that was exactly what I found and I was trying to tell him it didn’t work. He kept telling me to push harder, I need to see you turn red and I need to see your veins pop out. Clearly culturally incompetent. My veins do not pop out and I don’t turn red the way white skinned people do. I am very dark skinned and I have small veins. The veins in my head are never visible. When he used the camera to look in my ear he scraped the side of my ear very hard when their was no wax there. Nothing came out on his tool after saying there was wax in my ear. I came in with a muffled sound and left with a prescription for nose spray (Flonase) and pain in my ear and my head. I had to work the rest of the day in pain. I do need the nose spray because I have chronic allergies so I will use it. He is very condescending and rude. I was very much in shock leaving the office. I made the follow up appointment but if my ear doesn’t improve, I will find another doctor. The front desk staff asked for me to put a five star review on zocdoc. I think I just looked bewildered and that’s why they didn’t send me the link. But there’s a clear discrepancy between google and zocdoc. Hopefully the doctor learns from people’s experiences instead of trying to circumvent negative reviews. You never know what people are dealing with and you treat them so poorly.

Took my wife .will never go back. The doctor never said a word,pointed to chair for her to sit down,looked in her left ear,looked in her nose ,than looked in her right ear. Then said go. Was not with Dr no longer than 2 minutes. The receptionist gave her a prescription ,and said come back in 2 months. We thought he was mad at us,but after reading his reviews,we found rudeness and making money is what he is about. Wish I had read the reviews first ,I believe every word,because,I have been there. At least we didn't have to look at him for long,which was a good thing,in itself. Never seen a doctor like this in our life,but we have a choice, choose another doctor. I don't care how good he thinks he is.I wouldn't take an animal to him.
