I have been a tenant at the Arbors for 2 years. I can honestly say this is the nicest group of staff I have experienced. Management is great about responding to emails and calls concerning serious matters. The agents are always friendly and they seem to be like family among themselves. There has been several upgrades to the property and the upkeep is amazing. I would recommend this property to others when looking for a new place. I have great neighbors. It's very quiet here and at my age this is a must. So until I close on a home this is it for me for now. My favorite place is the patio surrounded by nature.

Was visiting from California last month to check out places in the area to move to. Yana was very nice and patient with us. She showed us a 2bd/2bth they had available (although I was looking for a 1bd). Our experience was so positive my best friend even started thinking about moving to GA too! This is one of the top places on my list when deciding to make the big move.

I was there for 1 year. Lots of roaches may be because it's a very old apartment. Also the quality of carpet / cabinets / closet doors / Bathroom shower faucets handles/knobs are poor quality. They don't have community laundry. Advise to new renters during move-in point out everything that you will notice like old carpet having some color discrepancies or light black spot at bathtub or bathroom wall or dented closet doors or damaged corners of bathroom or kitchen cabinets etc. every small details should be noted otherwise when you will move out they will charge for that.
