I have been living at Avana on Breckinridge for 2 years and the office is by far the best office team I have ever dealt with while having a apartment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my husband moved here from NC and the management staff was oh so friendly when they greeted us. We didn't have a tour of our apt which was understandable being it was already hard to find a decent place close to our jobs and child's school. Our transition in was pretty much ok. The next few months have been beyond annoying. I've been constantly contacting the office just to be directed to this "middle- man" company that take your concerns down to have the office call you back. THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK. NEVER. I've been trying to get someone to fix my dishwasher that has screws missing to hold it in the actual slot. I never noticed it during my move in until weeks after being in my unit. The pests here is horrible. There are huge spiders and waterbugs everywhere on the stairs. My husband has to spray constantly to keep the infestation down. Tenants shouldn't have to spray the apartments on the outside to control the bus. We stopped one of the maintenance men rolling around on the golf carts (DOING NOTHING) and asked how we can get pest control over. He just said...CALL THE OFFICE. I've messaged and called the office (really the third-party company) just to keep being ignored. Don't think we will be doing another year here.

I tried to apply for this apartment complex with my partner. This process cost us $350 and we had the WORST experience you could imagine. They told us it would take 24-72 to complete the process but even after 10 days no one had gotten back to me about whether we were approved or denied. I called them everyday trying to get answers and not one person from the leasing office called us back, even though we were told by employees and an off-site supervisor that someone would. After a while we had to give up on getting answers because we were on a limited timeline. They have the worst communication so unless you want to get scammed out of $275+, I'd find somewhere else to apply.

They have at least both Charter and AT&T. None of the people I know who live here complain about the cable.
Yes we do! Our State-of-the-Art fitness center is always available to residents.
Yes! Our beautiful swimming pool is always available to residents and their guests.
We certainly are! Visit our website for the complete policy, and contact our leasing office for apartment home availability and pricing.
These apartments are not, income based, unfortunately.
Correct, there is no assigned parking.
AT&T offers cable service. It adds on to the internet for $20/mo for basic.
Think they're open from 12-4, but I'd show up about 1 because the leasing office is pretty inconsistent.
