They really trying and do alot to keep up with the demands of the area and their guests. Ive had more clean and comfortable rooms than bad. I didn't trash or leave a mess just because there's a cleaning team to come in once I leave. It's not perfect but if you respect the rooms like you expect to come back and stay again, you'll have a good experience. Wifi has been hit or miss, Hotspot recommended. Staff has always been helpful and respectful. I don't ask for much beyond towels, TP, and extra room key when necessary. Don't let anyone scare you off but if you're not comfortable, mention/call to the front desk. There are many options nearby as well if you want to try somewhere else after one night.

This place is a disaster. Was checked into a room that was obviously not cleaned at all - beds unmade, trash all over the place, reeked of weed. Hotel is literally falling apart, with massive chunks of plaster crumbling off of pillars and exposing the structure underneath. Chose not to stay, had to threaten a dispute with my bank to get a refund. AVOID.

Avoid this place. Many cockroaches within the elevator doorway metal floor panel grooves and within the doorway to my motel room. Food particles visible in doorway to room. Stains on furniture and flooring throughout motel, but most annoyingly within the motel room. Electronic lock on door would not release/unlock most times and I had to keep pushing down on the handle and trying the key card 3 to 5 times to unlock the door most times. On my first attempt to unlock the door, I could not unlock it at all. Perhaps because I had surgery on my broken arm and I had asked the office attendant to write the room number on the second key card so I could give it to a friend and her husband that had cared for me during the first 24 hours (caretakers who dropped me off and were outside in their car) after surgery. In case I had some medical problem in the next 4 days I could Text/call them and they could enter the room if need be. Well, the attendant had asked if only 1 adult (me) was staying in the room and I explained the above information briefly -- perhaps she made the 2 keys invalid so I would only have 1 working key card after having to get it replaced as I had to do that first night (door would not unlock). The next day or two, after dealing with the lock not working well, I had gone to the office and let a second attendant know about the troublesome lock and she just gave excuses and tried to blame it on the key card. I asked if they were going to put in a work order to investigate, and she said they would and then bid me farewell. I then had to ask her if they were really going to look at it since she did not know my room number and she didn't even ask for it. I asked her if she knew the room number and she said she would chat with the other attendant who she had remembered as the person who made my keys twice. I said, "I know the room number and it is ###. Why didn't you ask me?" Ridiculous... Perhaps they got someone to adjust the lock because it had improved on the 3rd night, but no person communicated anything to me. Note that the door did not close flush with the frame, but it did close to where the deadbolt and locking mechanism would work. The security latch screws were loose though and that latch is probably easy to bust open if someone were to push the door open in a forceful manner. No fresh, clean, towels offered to me within the 4 night stay -- perhaps they'd given them to me if I had asked the right person, but I used my own clean towels after a few nights. Fire alarms were set off 3 times during my 4 night stay, where 1 time it had sounded off for many minutes and I had opened the door and I had prepared to leave if it was a real fire. Bed was worn out and very uncomfortable, which gave me back pain that had added to my post-surgery pain. Light switch between the 2 beds did not work well. Shower head was so low that I had to bend my kneck, or stoop a bit, in order to get water flowing onto my head -- bumped into nozzle a few times of course. Avoid this place.

Always a great stay thanks to the staff working here, mostly in part thanks to the effort and exceptional customer service that Laurie provides. Whenever I've had an issue she takes care of it right away, with a smile. Trust me,that girl deserves to be recognized and given a raise to show appreciation for the service she doesn't really have to do,like remember your name, and asking after your wellbeing, and making sure you've got everything you need. I could imagine if she was in the a proper setting, she would shine. Definitely management material! Thank you again,Laurie, for your smiles, and for the kindness you've shown to me and my family,it will not be forgotten. It's a motel 6,so of course you should expect it to be somewhat run down, and no frills in the rooms. Some rooms are in better condition than others. The ac units in all the rooms I've stayed in have worked just right...cleanliness is hit or miss, usually i just wipe everything down in there anyways. The pool is well kept and inviting,or at least it will be once the water warms up! The deck is a nice place to sunbathe and read a book or visit with other guests. There is a armed security guard most nights, and he is active and diligent on keeping the property nice and quiet. This is in a rough neighborhood of phoenix, he makes me feel safer knowing he's on duty and will keep the transients and druggies off site. I've noticed alot of reviews complaining about the security guard, but seriously? Follow the rules, pay on time, register your extra visitors, and he won't even look your way. There's a undeveloped field next to the motel that has a fair amount of tents and homeless people actually living in it,I've witnessed more than a few drug deals and drug use going on. As well as the crazy behavior that goes along with said drug use.Entertaining to say the least. Rates have been higher than usual, probably due to all the events taking place in the Phoenix area,so as availability goes down the costs come up. All in all,I would recommend this location to anyone traveling or in need of a quick get away. No deposit is charged, although you'll need a bank or credit card with your name on it to check in. Pet friendly, with several stations for pet waste disposal located around the property.

No,unfortunately that is not typical of this location. Rates are controlled by corporate.
There currently is no special rate for a week stay, the prices are based upon availability, demand, and prices of other hotels in the area. Also, this location is corporate run,so no deposit is required, only a valid government issued id and a bank or credit card in your name to check in
That is something that employees have no control over, that is google. There are rooms available with a microwave and a refrigerator in them, they do run a little more expensive than rooms without those amenities.
what else did you see
Check in time is at 3pm daily, although if you have a reservation,a room may be available to check in before that time. Please call ahead or request an early check in time thru your reservation to ensure a room is ready for you.
