Positive: Swimming pool Negative: Pet odor like dog crap in our room. Dog Nose prints in the sliding glass door. Ceiling leaked from room above. Maybe we just got a bad room

It was a decent hotel just like any other hotel in its price range. One thing I liked was that it had a little restaurant inside of it. Also I like the fact that it had a pool. Otherwise it's just a typical Hotel. I asked the lady at the front desk if she had any fruit that was complimentary. I guess I'm used to that. She looked at me like I was crazy. And she said something sarcastic. I can't remember what.

Poor customer service upon check in and unfriendly. No breakfast provided. Worst part, plans at Mayo Clinic changed, hotel will not cancel remaining 4 days of our reservation. Beware, read the fine print.

Positive: Convenient location: Negative: We had to go to the front desk for multiple items that were not in the room. An additional towel as the room was a King with pullout. 3 occupants. No blanket in the pull-out. No facial soap. Coffee maker missing piece so couldn¿t make in room coffee

I seen Dogs there but call them to make sure. I GO THERE ALL THE TIME . IF YOU TELL THEM YOU'RE A PATIENT AT THE MAYO YOU GET A DISCOUNT. BUT THE price for food and drinks are insane. I drive to Restaurants in Scottsdale.
Breakfast choices is ok. There isn't anything exciting. If you have a car there are a lot of restaurants very close that have a lot of different choices.
This place is convenient cozy and is always willing to accommodate. Unless they are at a hundred percent book then I would believe that they would have a room for anybody. Great looking Place friendly staff and they have a restaurant in the front that opens up at 6 or 7 I'm not sure but everything looks very elegant and accommodating for people that are just looking to relax from the stress that already is. People that are normally overbooked from the We-Ko-Pa Resort are normally directed to this hotel. Thank you enjoy your visit!
