This hotel, if you would even consider it as one is terrible. It is so disgusting and there were so many things wrong with it. The place reeked of cigarettes (which cannot be good for your health I’m sure) dogs were barking non-stop and there were stains in many places, even in your own room. I put some pictures for you too see yourself. There was no breakfast, and you were your own maid, if you needed your bed sheets replaced or some new towels you would need to take them to the front to trade them in for cleaner ones. Honestly I'm not sure how this place is still getting business, I don’t recommend it and you should definitely check out other hotels before deciding to come here.

Spacious rooms, outdated kitchen but a full kitchen non-the-less so I was very happy to not have to dish out extra money to eat out every night. Glad we could cook. Awesome service and great pool.

There was consistently a smell on the 2nd floor. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask about getting an extra room and the woman said they were "booked up" even though plenty of rooms were available online. The doors are very heavy, not a lot of outdoor seating, and the little they have is taken up by smokers. Sofa bed is hard and mattress was stained. It is NOT 10 minutes from the Phoenix or the Scottsdale Mayo Clinic as someone else incorrectly stated but it is convenient, great location and quiet enough except if you have your window open and you are by the road.

The location is great! I had some business at the Mayo hospitals and both the campuses were 10 min or less away. They do have a shuttle but I didn't use it. The staff was very nice and helpful when I had to call for some info on the laundry room which is complimentary if you find it empty. The room was way more spacious than expected. It has a mini kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, it even comes stocked with the basic dishes. There was also soap in the shower, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in case you forgot to bring some along. There is also a desk area aside from the queen bed and pull out sofa we got. There is a gastation at walking distance aside from other stores I didn't really get a chance to browse in all, we stayed 3 nights and 4 days and it was a nice away from home stay. Would definitely stay here again
