They are going under renovations so be patient. Kady at the front desk is top notch. There was a rude customer and she handeled better than I would have. She also made great suggestions on places to eat. The rest of the staff is freindly and polite. The pool and hot tub are great

The room was dusty and dirty. We had a hot tub in the room which was nice. The pool was so cold I couldn't swim! It was hot out so it's nice to have a cool pool but this felt like it was running off a glacier. We won't stay there again. The ice machine near our room was broken so I had to go to a different floor. It all seemed old, broken down and out of repair. It was too expensive to be Motel 6 quality.

Restaurant brought entree out missing three key ingredients. Brought it out a second time, better, but still wrong. Supposed to be served over kale but served over lettuce. Had the same entree evening before at HGI in Avondale and it was superb. Here it lacked presentation and flavor.

Room was not up to Hilton standards. 1. Bathroom shower curtain was one that looked as if they pulled it out of a trash bin and hung up. Wrinkled is not the word, it also had a hole in it, and whomever hung it up must have been around5 years old of age. 2. Wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall, some type of splatter was on the wall , Along with some black marker. 4. Floor tile was coming off and white caulking was used to glue it back together, I presume. 5. Caulking on the tub was missing 6. Our window view was that of the steam pipes and a sheet of aluminum. 7. We couldn’t use the pool because there was about 20’family members with 20 kids and adults drinking in the small pool. 8. As we were checking out a guest was relieving himself in the bush near the door! Front desk personnel was not the least bit concerned. Don’t stay here
