Lived here for almost 4 years, it was pretty good until the current management took over about 1 1/2-2 years in. They’ve gone through maybe around 3-5 managers since then. Last summer, August to be exact during the monsoons, we had a massive community wide flooding. I’m taking about waterfalls coming from my bathroom ceiling. We were kicked out of the unit for 2 weeks for repairs, when I was told it would be a few days at most. They didn’t really help as far as damages and reimbursement for the inconvenience of it all. They also tried getting me to sign an “credit” that had fine print in saying that I can’t write a poor review because of the flooding and poor conditions I had to live in. That is not right in my eyes. I did not sign that obviously.Biggest issue with the place is that they say they are “updated” but don’t have anything that is modern in that sense. We had original cabinets and old dented appliances. The carpet was god awful as well, it was thin and permanently dirty. When the unit was repaired they hired the cheapest help, who did a terrible job at repairing the walls. And they left a mess for me to come home to. Management was bad, they lack the ability to help when needed most. I opted out of my lease early, which I might add was one of the most difficult things to deal with. They tried numerous curveballs. Maintenance is very subpar, never getting to your requests quick, and do a subpar job. Eons ahead of management though. Overall, I wouldn’t live here. It isn’t worth the money they charge. Pretty on the outside but on the inside, it’s a different story. **update because I forgot this event** I also had a package sent to the property after I had already been moved for nearly a month. I had to drive from Peoria to this property to grab it. It took lots of convincing just to have management hold it for one more day so I can get 60 miles across town. When I arrived, she was super rude once I made it clear who I was and what I was there for. That was after I waited in an empty office for 20 minutes all alone. I could’ve done anything while I was alone, so the security is a bit off there. But management has just been so rude since taking over.

I have lived here going on 5 years and I still love it. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Maintenance has a prompt response. I love the 9 ft ceilings.
