Pros: Great veiw from my balcony Cons: Parking is a huge issue, if you have guest come over or some takes your space. Rent was raised $400 in 3 years for a 1 bedroom. This place is constantly nickel and diming me here. Thin walls, I hear neighbors argue and play loud music past 10 pm. Police are here often for what I'm guessing domestic disturbances. I've had someone try to get in my door, caught on video. Plus, some packages stolen from my front door.

I’ve been living here for over a year and I regret renewing my lease. Don’t even bother with this place because there’s other complexes that won’t be such a hassle to deal with. Appliances are always breaking/not working properly. There is no rent grace period. It MUST be paid on the 1st or you will be charged fees. The quality and outdated layout aren’t worth what you pay. Gates always broken. I’ve been threatened with so many fines for silly things like having a wreath, and garbage set out times

I was a maintenance technician at this property who lived on property. This company is setup to benefit themselves in every way possible. When I moved onto property. I noticed that I the carpet was cleaned and not replaced. I wasn’t upset about it because it was clean. I had a $525 deposit that was taken from me to replace the carpet, water, sewer, trash. I completely Painted/ Maintenance, cleaned the unit so well that the carpet was the only thing that needed to be done for another resident to move in. They charge you for the parking sticker that they have you put on your vehicle. Somehow a receipt was provided that I had new carpet in my unit when I moved in. I’ve been in this industry for a while and I know what new, and used/cleaned carpet looks like. The company is still wanting the $59 that I still owe after my deposit was taken. I’m going to pay it because I don’t want it on my credit, but to be completely honest. “I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live on this property or any other Management Support Properties. To the office staff, I do not want a BS reply. You can save the time and work on all the other complaints. I worked hard for over a year and a half without a penny raise and made sure things were kept up on the property, but this seems like retaliation because I decided to leave the company. If anyone decides to rent here, all I can say is. “Just wait, you’ll find out EXACTLY what I’m talking about.

I just signed my second 12 month lease and have read the reviews and would like to add my observations. One, we did get hit with ants in June/July but with the pandemic I just bought ant spray, both liquid and sprayed both outside door …

Leave a note in the window and for the next call the crane. on Monday go to the office and ask for the crane information
My two bedroom is 1400 a month. This does not include utilities.
