Wow! $1725 for a 2 bedroom in this neighborhood?! Does it come with free electric and internet? Does it come with an I ER eats gift card? Rent control is desperately needed. The average person cannot afford this alone, you need 2 roommates to afford this place and others. Slapping paint on the walls does not justify the rent. AND the area offers nothing. Not close to the shopping areas, doesn’t look safe to walk alone. So you’re asking to people make 3 times the rent, so I need to be making at least $70k a year for this? And jobs are paying an average 35k…stop. Homelessness is real and will be real at these rates. We’ll see the housing market crash…again.

If you never want to sleep in due to noisy upstairs neighbors who are housing more occupants than lease allows and is noisy at 6am and after 10pm, come here. Office does nothing about noise issues even after you try to speak to your neighbors about keeping it down. When we moved in office said they would fix the bowed bottom of all cabinets. Never did now i have to stuff the space with paper to keep my utensils from falling out of drawer. I called in a broken toilet same day emergency since only one toilet in a 2bed apartment and they never came. My kids father had to unclog it himself. Living here has been a nightmare. Office said record the noise and email it to me. Emailed her never heard back. Also my rent was short $7. Yes $7 and i was notified days later when it became almost $50. Im so disappointed in this place. Office is actually closed alot of the time during the day, for extended time making it hard for tenants to pay rent or ask questions. Always a crowd waiting for it to open. And dont even try to call the office. Nobody answers and if you leave a vm she never calls u back. They have towing who takes cars not listed on lease but DONT have security overnight to keep people from going in our cars. I dont get this complex. And trust ive done property management position in the past. Its not that hard. 0 stars. But they love sending notices and doing random inspections.

I don't live at The Madison but I came there to visit a friend who lives there. My favorite part was the workout facility. I called down and spoke with Ashley as I didn't know if there were any restrictions due to Covid. She was super helpful and scheduled me in for a workout. At first glance the room was super clean. And the workout machine was awesome for an apartment complex. The cardio machines all looked brand new, and handled my weight well, even though I'm north of 300 lbs. The bathroom and lobby were super clean. I worked out in there a few times during my stay and I loved it. My friend seems to love living there as well.

The Madison employees make it home! I resently just moved in a couple weeks ago. Ashley in the front office was fast and caring on helping me completing paperwork on time due to short notice.
