I am a current renter here and I love it! I have been trying to rent here for the past 3 years but the timing was never on my side lol but thankfully I applied last year and was able to move in right before the NewYear and my family is happy! Mrs. Judy helped us along the way to ensure we had a smooth move in! My kids are happy and my husband has a piece of mind knowing we are in a clean, safe, family friendly environment! Anytime we have had a maintenance issue (haven’t had many at all) the office/maintenance team is quick to respond and fix the issue! It’s an older complex …yes but it’s a nice complex! The only real downside is the parking, I wish there was the ability to have more than one covered parking but there is available uncovered parking! All in all I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

The management here is probably the nicest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met. They made everything so easy and always responded promptly to questions and concerns. Never had a problem with our apartment other than our disposal breaking and it was fixed the day of. I was very satisfied with our time here.
