Linda was very helpful and knowledgeable about the complex. Any questions I asked she knew the answer and if she didn't she'll find the answer and reach back out to me. She helped me through my whole process of my lease. Linda did a walk through of my apartment before I moved in. I thought my apartment was going to have vinyl flooring throughout the whole apartment but it was only the bathroom and kitchen, once Linda found out she didn't hesitate to call me and update me and make me aware, which I truly appreciate. UPDATE: I moved into my apartment 4 weeks ago, when you first move in they give you a move-in checklist. On the checklist I checked marked that my exterior porch light needed a replacement blub and that my tub stopper will not stay up and that it stays shut and I have to use the kitchen sink stopper to hold up my drain. Yea because who tf wants to do that. Since, I moved in I have put in 3 maintenance request and went to the office twice and called the office 2 or 3 times and nothing still hasn't been done. I spoke to a woman on the phone last week stating they are waiting for a bulb to come in and that it should be here Saturday (10/1). The office is closed on Sundays so I wasn't anticipating for it to get done until Monday the latest today(10/5). Well I will assure you that it is still not done. I wish I can just change it myself but they use these special type of lightbulbs that you can't even find at Walmart let alone Amazon. Then I get a email notification that maintenance fixed my tub stopper. I get home that night and it still isn't fixed. So, now your lying and closing maintenance request and stating you completed the job when you haven't. At this point I am fed up with this apartment complex especially if I am paying you over $1300 a month and you can't even fix simple maintenance request.

Amber was a delight as soon as I stepped in the door. She was open and honest and answered any questions I had about the apartments. This helped me immensely and I cant wait to continue dealing with her in the future. Shh dont tell her though.

They just nickel and diming us every way possible the new company BH or whatever is known for their Scottsdale apartments which are all extremely over priced hence what they doing to us

This is so true!! This place is horrible and i haven't move cause haven't found something I can afford and close to work!! However I pay my rent on time every month and deserve proper service which they DO NOT GIVE!! THEY LIE AND ALTHOUGH BUSINESSES ARE OPEN THEY CLAIM THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED!! THEY'RE RUDE ON THE PHONE. WORK ORDERS TAKE FOREVER ALTHOUGH YOU SEE MAINTENANCE ALL DAY RIDING IN GOLF CARTS!!😡😡😡😡

Mine is not working correctly today and when I called the office Sarah said It's not hot out today. She claims it's not an emergency although emails they send state AC is an emergency!! She claims maintenance does not eork weekends although I see them all day long...
