Lpn Emily yelled on me on the phone demanding I euthanize my stroke victim wife because she did not have a quality of life. I am appalled that in this day and age an assisted nursing center would have barbaric nurses working for them. It makes me wonder how often lpns would assist in deaths of the residents because they say the resident does not have a good quality of life. This lpn continued to demean my person by insults and insinuation about my character which has nothing to do with patient care. This lpn continued to work under agency contract even though the situation was brought to the attention of the administration of Azria.

Called Cara Pagan to talk about possibilities with my mother. Never got a return call. Was told by staff I had to get my sister's permission to take my mother for an outing. I am my mother's Power of Attorney. My sister should be getting my permission.

Worse place ever! He would push the button for assistance and he said no one would ever come help him with the restroom that he would have to do it on his own. Also for pain they wouldn't give him medicine you had to ask for everything multiple times. He ended up getting urine infection because they did not even try to get the catheter out. He even fell one day because no one would come help him get up and he yelled and no one came until he was already getting up oh yeah the desk for the nurses was infront of his room. He is 85 years old went there feeling great and and ended up going to the hospital. So he is never going back there again.

By federal mandate a nursing home must allow 24 hour access to your family member and Azria complies with this mandate. You may visit or check on your family member at any time, day or night.
No. Most are double occupancy.
