I highly recommend Foundry Commons. Community amenities are in great shape, always clean. The management and maintenance crew are very accommodating and friendly. The apartment we received was ready from day one and in a pristine state. I'm pleased with this place, and how convenient it is.

My family and I have lived at Foundry Commons for over a year now, and would definitely recommend the apartment complex. The apartment interior and design are gorgeous, they have great amenities on-site and the price is reasonable. The only reason why I’m not giving 5/5 stars is the location and safety.

My apartment community has been overall going well. Some ups and downs but nothing a little communication couldn't resolve! The amenities have been amazing now that they are up and running like normal!

The apartments are nice and new (only 4 years old). The complex is conveniently located to downtown and the freeways. The amenities are just ok though when you can actually use them, which is not often. There are "mandatory" amenities you're required to pay for even if you don't use them (valet trash pick-up service). The staff is RUDE AF!!! They have no people skills. I even had one of them tell me to my face that flipping apartments for potential tenants was more important than actually helping their current tenants. The apartments are located in a sketch area. There is "security" at night, but they're a joke and are hardly ever around. There is a nice parking garage, however, people can sneak in behind you no problem and nothing gets done about it. Feel free to break whatever "rules" you want here because no one is capable or cares enough to do their job and hold anyone accountable for ANYTHING!!! Don't plan on getting to know your neighbors or making friends here, everyone is self-involved, not friendly, or doesn't speak English. The staff cares so little about the tenants they don't have any kind community events, even though there are so many opportunities.
