Initially being told that "I don't make anywhere near enough money to live here" is a horrible 1st impression. The leasing agent incorrectly reading my paystub started my issues with Fiesta Village. Furthermore, the lack of security had my car and apartment broken into numerous times. This resulted in family heirlooms being stolen and next to no assistance from the office or insurance company. On a positive note, I needed an address outside of my Phoenix properties for a custody case. Despite lack of professionalism, security, and clarity Fiesta Village allowed me to have an easy valley address and accomplish what was necessary

This place has been absolutely fantastic for me. I've thoroughly enjoyed living in an apartment that has all utilities included. Air Conditioning runs great. Internet might drop once a day but it's usually late at night for like 15 minutes. There is a gym across the street that is better quality than the one they provide here. Overall for what I'm paying, I couldn't ask for a better place to live. It's very clean here, no safety concerns, and neighbors are friendly. Two thumbs up!

I previously gave a review that I want to correct now. I love living here. It's clean, it's quiet, it's very well taken care of. My little apartment is so cute and cozy. I really, really love it. Lexy at the office is wonderful. She is kind and very, very helpful and never makes you feel as if you are a bother. I love dealing with her. This place deserves a two thumbs up. I have to update again. I still love living here but the internet is EXTREMELY unreliable. I work from home for a company in Germany which means I have to work nights because of the time difference. I get kicked off the internet every night several times and the last two nights the whole fiesta village network disappeared from my laptop (including tonight). This, of course reflects on my job greatly. Although internet is included in the rent it is useless for me. One is forced to purchase additional internet which defeats the purpose of trying to save some money when you're on a budget. Internet was a big encouragement for me to move here. Again, other than that this complex is great. Update: I have been living here now for just over one year. I have to say it again, this place, the people are wonderful. Yesterday plumbers came over because there was a leaking pipe between my and the neighbor's apartment. All the bathroom cabinets had to be removed and the floor had to be opened. The plumbers worked all day long and remained kind and patient the entire time. They worked so hard. The bathroom looked like a construction site. Just awful. This morning some guys came over to reinstall the cabinets in the bathroom. Again, they were very nice, courteous and patient. A while after they were done a cleaning team came over and cleaned my bathroom from top to bottom although I had not asked for it. The care that is being taken at this apartment complex is OUTSTANDING. I couldn't be happier and I am blessed to live here. Thank you. :)

It’s a little overpriced for what they offer in my opinion. But compared to other apartments in the area, it’s worth it. I stayed for 9 months and didn’t have many issues aside from a few baby roaches that came through the cracks. Overall clean and the representatives in the front try their best to answer questions. If you’re a first time renter, I recommend.
