Good location but don't expect to be able to check in at 4. We didn't arrive until 4:30 and the room still wasn't even ready yet. Ended up having to sit around for another 20 minutes while they got the room ready and then they tried giving us a different room other than what I had reserved many months in advance.

The room was ok but not for the money. There was no pictures on the wall. The bed was not comfortable the pillows were so soft that I couldn't enjoy them. The food was great. The location was on the water around a lot of casinos. I didn't know you had to make a appointment for your room to be cleaned each day. The lady at the desk didn't tell us. When I complained they promised me 5000 points which to this day I have not seen yet on the bonvoy app. I was disappointed for such a high price for the room.

I honestly do not have words for the staff at this hotel, beyond incredible!!!! We just had our wedding room block here this past weekend and just WOW. Our wedding guests came from all over the US and everyone is still talking about how this hotel made their Buffalo experience a memorable one. Deanna and her sales team, top notch! All the gentleman at valet, so professional and on top of it! Front desk, housekeeping, and every staff member we encountered provided incredible hospitality to our guests. After the night of our wedding, my husband and I came back to our room with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a nice card from the staff. You can tell this staff cares about all their guests that come into their hotel. Job well done to the entire team!!!! On behalf of all of our guests, thank you thank you thank you!!!! -the grembos

The Party Spa

Large rooms. Great view. Friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant was a little short staffed, so we had to wait lengthy times for breakfast and dinner. but food was delicious. Nice decor. I'd come back again if I revisit Buffalo
