Arrived hotel around 9:30pm and waited for half hour for the staff back to the front desk for check in WITHOUT even a sorry! The room was dirty and No hair dryer! Complain to the Expedia and the Manager whose name is Jennifer supposed call back, however no any phone call and she told she tried, I have all call list anyway, now understand why this hotel had such bad review! Never ever come back!

Hotel was not quite as advertised. Rooms were dingy, dated and dirty. “Fitness center” was small; both treadmills were broken. Pool was frothy looking with no lifeguard on duty (I did not swim in it). Bath towels were super small - think of Tarzan’s loin cloth. The complementary breakfast included warm orange juice cups, nutragrain bars, muffins and coffee- no where to sit down and eat. The area where it looked like you would eat was being used as a storage closet. Overall not a good experience. Would not stay there again. Gave it two stars because it did have hot running water and a bed (not comfortable) and if you’re using the airport, it’s very close.

The room was comfortable, clean, and in reasonably good repair. The hotel wasn't too loud, and other guests were courteous toward one another. We were pleased with the general atmosphere. The covid-era continental breakfast was not very nutritious or good, but it is better than some hotels we have stayed at. (Prepackaged snack muffins and 4 oz orange juice cups with the foil lids.) The swimming pool was open, but there was an excess of chlorine in it, which made two guests have asthma attacks. Our eyes burned and turned red without even having to get in. My kids swam for a little while, and they still have sinus inflammation and burning eyes from it the next day. So basically, it's a nice hotel, but maybe you should stay out of the pool. :)

This was the grossest hotel I have EVER seen. I am mind blown because people have given it a good review!? There were exposed wires in my families room, the carpet was peeling up with nails where my son could easily step on them, there were multiple bugs flying around the room, crumbs and dirt all over the floor, and the smell alone made us want to vomit. I stayed in the room 5 minutes and ran! Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. Do you self a favor and stay far away from this trash hotel.

Park and fly services are usually included with your room.
Based upon this specific area, time of year & day off the week that you choose, not many of these hotels will discount the cost of 1 nights stay at the last minute. Whether you check in at 3 p.m. or 3 a.m. they will not discount the price. They don't need to, when tourists are still coming in to the area. Not to mention the fact that this hotel is across the street from the airport, which makes it convenient for leaving the area. Buffalo/Niagara Falls tourist season starts in late May, so Hotel availability starts to book up all the way throughout the summer.
A tip...If you are Canadian and book your reservation with Peace Bridge Duty Free the parking is increased to 30 days and the room rate comes at a substantial discount..what you save on the room you can spend at Duty Free
