I found myself needing an extra night in the Buffalo area at the last minute and decided to give this hotel a try. What a score! Comfortable rooms and great staff and service by all I encountered. As I did not expect to stay an extra night and was anxious to be home the staff went out of their way to make sure I had all I needed and made me feel right at home. Thank you!

Our visit to this hotel was pretty nice. Our room was clean, nice lighting throughout, great front desk / customer service, uncomfortable mattress as I could feel the spring somewhat as that is my only complaint. I would suggest they update the mattress to a higher quality one. Our room had a small kitchenette area that's stocked with everything needed to accommodate you during your stay. Plenty of parking. Breakfast available was good.Since the hotel is pretty close to the airport, you will hear planes coming and going during your stay.( No biggie for us). This could be an issue if you're a light sleeper or if your little ones are startled easily. We would recommend and hope you enjoy your stay too.

Recommend skipping this place. Your safety is not their concern. 3 days post snow event sidewalks were cleared by people staying at the hotel not the staff. I was one of them. The parking lot was left partially plowed, causing people to fall. void of cars when plowing should happen excuses flowed why it was not. The staff was rude cleaning and service appeared to be spotty at best. Horrible experience overall. Very surprised this a Hilton member.
