Hotel was well located and the rate was good. Room was small but very clean. Valencia at the front desk was outstanding. Friendly, helpful, and kind. Simba the gray parrot brought some unique joy to the lobby. My only complaint was our room was not cleaned while we were gone the second day. But Valencia came to the rescue and brought us clean towels. Many thanks to her. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buffalo.

The staff was very kind and helpful! The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was great! We requested a crib and it was delivered and set up very promptly- we had a fantastic stay! The waffles were also a big hit with the kids!

Here for a swim meet & arrived very late at night. Anthony was beyond welcoming & kind. He is truly made for the hospitality business. Troy also was of great help making my phone reservation. The room was clean & comfortable. Location is safe & near many amenities. Parking is easily accessible.

Our group has been making an annual trip to Buffalo for several years, staying at Best Western every year. We have continued to stay here due to the customer service and quality of the rooms. The staff is always pleasant too. This is the first year I had an issue. Our room had no heat. We had to call twice to have maintenance check it and another hour to fix it.
