This hotel was OK. The “Land Rover Chauffeur service” was a guy in a white Toyota. The hotel was dark and dingy. The bathroom left much to be desired, and the elevator smelled. On the up side, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was tasty. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

Didn't stay thank goodness. Went in as we thought the bar was open while we were in the area for the Pulaski Parade. Could have used the facilities also, only came across two rude women working there basically shooing us out. We were in full Polish Folk Costumes for the parade and festival. Just surprised, would have thought they would have been kinder so we could talk up the place, not so. Was great to see the charm and architure of the building though and glad it's open and running in Buffalo, but certainly not welcoming or hospitable for being in the "City of Good Neighbors".

Everything was lovely - loved the room, the free car service, the bar, the service. But when we went to take a shower - it was broken and they couldn’t get it to work. They let us use a shower in another room - but would have thought the staff would have at LEAST apologized for the inconvenience

Beautiful hotel , really cool bar and nice neighborhood. Rooms are excellent and good value. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly
