The whole reason I booked this place was it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle service. I called ahead of time to make sure the shuttle was available for a 2am pick up was told oh yeah no problem just call when you land well that was not the case! Had to get a taxi. The door to our room would not lock! When making arrangements to use the shuttle to get back to the airport the women at the front was so rude and said I should have set that up upon check in which I also specifically asked about and was told no problem! I would never recommend this place! Stay somewhere else!!!!

Would have to be one of the worse experiences I’ve had with hotels. 1. I asked for a room on first floor due to health issues and luggage, I confirmed they had one and that I would have a first floor room before I ever left the house for the trip. Got here and not only not a first floor, but a 4th floor room and no elevators!!!!! Wow! 2. I asked for a room with a kitchenette because I am staying for a week for business. And………. Nothing. I get a small fridge. But no microwave, over or anyway to prepare food. 3. I asked for non smoking, only to find cigarette burn holes in sheets, smells so strong and the walls are yellow. 4. When I tried to ask the front desk to change rooms, I get a “no I’m sorry, I can’t help you! Please see the morning crew” 5. No soap, no complimentary anything. 6. A/C blows room temp air back into the room. It’s supposed to be 82 tomorrow! Please send help! Definitely not staying at another Quality Inn. And if they would let me have a refund, I would be staying here now.

Great location,shuttle service to airport worked. grossly understaffed. only 1 girl working desk. she had to leave due to her being the shuttle driver also. it with out a doubt is the dirtiest, filthy place i have ever been to. pubic hair on the towells,mold, no heat,peelin paint etc. there was dirty bedding in the hall for 2 days.there was heavy mud on the floor in the lobby that stayed there. I felt bad for the girl working the desk as well as my family. a Dump.

The website conveniently has an "error" when trying to send feedback, so I guess I will leave my review here instead. The location itself and the outside of the building are well-maintained. The inside is disgusting. The sink in the bathroom in my room was literally falling off the wall and clear evidence of mould was behind it. The dust that was caked on the baseboards showed a lack of cleanliness. The mini-fridge smelt aggressively like curdled milk. And my friend that was rooming with me had stepped on a screw that was in the middle of the floor in front of the table. The windowsill had puddled water from fine snow on the inside, and the room was so cold that we had to run to Walmart to buy more clothing items to keep warm. The heating unit felt like a cool breeze coming from somebody’s mouth. No warmth and no pressure. we tried to distract ourselves from the cold by watching some TV, come to find out it did not work. When trying to call the front desk it appeared that the phone had been unplugged so we were unable to use it. Knowing the state of how the room looked we were hesitant to put our hand behind the night table to plug it back in.
