Positive: Wifi speed was solid. Negative: Rooms were very dated. Drain in tub was clogged. Staff rarely attended front desk.

Positive: I liked that they are pet friendly. Negative: There was a large clog of hair in the bathtub drain that my husband removed before we could take showers. It was really gross and made us all feel like the whole room was dirty. There was a used towel thrown behind the bathroom door as well.

The front desk folks was good, they were nice except 1 day i wasn't feeling so good so I called downstairs to get bath soap and the lady said "Thats not how it works u got to come get whatever u want down here". When it comes to the rooms, they are not being cleaned properly. You'd see a dirty shower curtain in the room that was cleaned, the stove rust and dirty and the fridge dirty as well. They have 2 washer and 2 dryer which hardly works and 2 washer and dryer is simply NOT enough for such a big building. Honestly this hotel got so much potential so whoever is in charge of this place NEED to step up they game.

Absolutely filthy. Do not recommend. Floors absolutely dirty. Children’s white socks were black within 5 mins of walking around the room. The socks were brand new. Wet a napkin and wiped on the floor…. it was black. They do not clean under the beds at all. I found wrappers and about 35 piles of dust under each bed. There’s some red substance over the dishwasher. The microwave was dirty… white specks all over the front. Hair in the bath tub and the two table chairs are so dirty with multiple stains. The kitchen cabinets are all stained and the cabinet under the sink is starting to mold. The trees on the road in obstruct your view of oncoming traffic down a narrow spiral road. The parking lot was a sheet of ice. The back door entrance was a sheet of ice. No salt. Asked for 3 extra blankets and they only had 2. No big deal we could make it work but one blanket had two cigarette burns….
