Very friendly and professionally dressed staff! The hotel is beautiful! The pool is great! We ordered room service, which was a great experience! I only gave 4 stars because the refrigerator in the room looks beat up and there was a large stain on the desk chair. Other than that. Everything was great!

Friendly staff , Clean room. Had a delicious dinner & drinks in the restaurant. Woke up my birthday morning 5/12 to a beautiful mountain sunrise right out my bedroom window. During my free breakfast Caitlyn my waitress brought me a blueberry muffin with a candle in it. That was so sweet of her & it totally made my day. Thanks for a great birthday stay

For a hotel claiming to be "best in the area," I was hardly impressed. Sure, the place looks nice and all, but there's a lot more to a hotel than aesthetics. Right off the bat, I get up to the fourth floor and the smell of pot hits me like a brick wall. Now, I didn't care about that right away because I know that's not really the hotel's fault if someone's smoking pot in their room. What is their fault is the smell of burnt nastiness in my room, which I traced to a bunch of scorch marks inside the bedside table drawer. Neither smell went away, and gave me a headache. You'd think you could open a window and get some fresh air like any other hotel, but not here. The bathroom light was quite disappointing. You either have to turn on the vent or turn on the timer. There's no simply turning on the bathroom light to get ready for the day unless you want to hear the groaning ceiling vent the whole time. Breakfast was the disappointment that led to me posting this online. This place thinks they're some fancy restaurant or something. I was promised a $10 breakfast buffet, but I get downstairs to a sign that says "Please wait to be seated." So I did. The waitress never came, someone else from the hotel ended up coming up and giving me a seat somewhere. 20 minutes later, I hadn't even said hello to anybody. I appreciate the sentiment, but if you don't have the staff to do breakfast that way properly, just drop some damn oranges on the table and go about your day like every other hotel. I would have preferred that over sitting there watching everyone else eat for 20 minutes. All in all, this place tries FAR too hard to be fancier than they are. Coming in and looking around, it looks like an amazing place. Get a room and settle in, and suddenly things are a bit different. Next time I'm in town, I'll opt for one of the far less expensive hotels in the area so I can open my window, get some fresh air, and eat breakfast.

This was our second trip through the area and we liked the hotel so much last year that we stayed again. This time we added the room service option. The king deluxe suite was perfect, clean and large. The handle on the cabinet holding the mini fridge was broken but that's very easy to work around. Check in was extremely quick and helpful. Two very nice men were at the desk. The food from the bistro was delicious. Bathroom was huge, The shower while not what i was hoping for (would have preferred a bathtub for the small human) was beautiful and luxurious. Nothing better than an easy check-in, hot meal, hot shower and comfy bed after a long day on the road.

There are tons of places to shop and eat nearby. And there is a sports arena too.
