Everything was clean enough, The room just had a good bit of stains on the carpet and the cushion by the window. One of the closet doors had its bottom two hinges ripped of but I can see how that was missed. Front desk was nice and fairly quick. The pool was decent but beware of the floors, they are very slippery. The breakfast was the best of all, they lady there took care of the breakfast area constantly by picking up trash and wiping everything down. While I was eating I saw her assist 3 people with their waffles and just being generally helpful. She was very polite too. Three stars, just because of the many stains and some broken appliances. Bathroom was spotless. I would stay again.

Beautiful and clean with great amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Room needs more outlets, though. With all the devices these days, electricity is key. Speaking of devices, they were having internet issues, so connectivity was slow. Other than that, it was nicely priced for a well appointed motel.

We were in town for a wedding on 3/24/18 and we were put in a room on the same floor as a soccer team that was in the hotel. We could’ve been put on a different floor. We complained the next day which was the day of wedding we were exhausted having had NO SLEEP due to running up n down hallways yelling etc. the director of sales gave us her card and offered free night stay anytime. We live in NY and this is first chance i have gotten to go back to visit with family. I had undergone my 7th hip surgery that following September. I was bedridden for a good year. When I confronted the front office this morning to use my free hotel stay that was given to me by the director of sales at that time. The girl answering the phone was extremely rude telling me that that is no longer going to be allowed for me to use this because the person involved that gave me complimentary room is no longer with the company. That’s not my problem. They should make good on the free night stay. I’d like to get some feedback on this. When I asked to speak with the general manager she was talking loudly and over me. I hung up!!It doesn’t matter who gave me this free night stay and that it was four years ago we live out of state and we are just coming back to the area to visit family again. It should still be honored. Extremely upset. I spent 15 years with Marriott corporation and I was in charge of the front desk. If someone came to me with this request I would allow them to use it at a time that was convenient for the hotel. This is totally unacceptable

It was clean but I wouldn't stay there again. When we arrived there was no one at the desk, just a sign that they were helping a guest and would be back soon. Eventually she drove up our front and came in to check us in. She was very polite though. While checking us in another guest came to ask about the broken washer on the 4th floor. When we got to our room, we found the sink counter had a ten inch crack that went completely through to the underside. A breeding ground for germs. When I tried to call the desk to report it, I couldn't use the room phone because it had no cord connecting it to the jack. I tried calling the front desk on my cell phone but the answering machine kept redirecting me back to the start. Eventually I went in person. The clerk said they would not charge me for the cracked counter and she had no phone cords. All in all, I expected better for the price.
