I went into the store and walked around for about 20 min. Not one employee acknowledged me. I was looking forward to upgrading my phones. I left with an extreme disappointment. Horrible Customer Service\No Customer Service! The 3.8 review explains it all SMH

Had a really wonderful experience at this store I was helped out by woman who had so much knowledge and knew everything about Verizon so well she must have been there for years. She was so sweet and helpful she helped me set up a WiFi hotspot piece in addition to my phone. Definitely gonna keep using Verizon thanks to people like her!!

Salesperson told me my iPhone was no longer able to be used with Verizon. Told me I would have to purchase a new one. I called Straight Talk no problem with the phone or service. Buyer Beware!

With galaxy S20 u can pull screen down from top & adjust brightness, or go to settings & fix it there
Hi Dimand, When you enter the Verizon they take your name and ask you why you are there today. (Its like pre registrating.) Then they tell you to have a seat until it's your turn and they call your name.
Still very strict. When I stopped by, only 2 people were allowed in store at one time. Any more and you had to wait in your car Appointments were encouraged but they'd see you if you didn't have an appointment.
I don't think that you get a discount for being a student
