Had a great weekend stay at this hotel. Room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and very quiet. Breakfast options were beyond my expectations for a weekend; very reasonably priced and excellent quality. Front desk staff was exceptional - especially Sheila, who is my new gold standard for friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Of all the hotels I stay in the Area this is one of my top three and would highly recommend. The pool is heated, the fitness center has enough, rooms and the room service is exactly what you would expect from a Hilton property. After a few stays (over 5) this will be one of my go to options in the Wilkes Barre area. Perfectly located right off 81 and around everything you would ever need.

Location is top notch. The rooms were on par with what you can expect from Hilton. The Desk staff was less than I would expect. Pretty snide at check in. I understand I'm being petty, but I'm a platinum Hilton member. I know there's protocols in place for how staff is supposed to welcome platinum members. They didn't come close to following them. This place is one of the few Hilton establishments where I was made to feel like I was traveling in steerage. Wasn't very impressed with that

I have stayed here multiple times over the past 4 years for work, and this trip I stayed for 6 days. The room was comfortable and clean, but the coffee area/cabinet is broken. The fitness center smells strongly of cat urine. I informed the front desk staff of this 3 days in a row and asked of anything could be done about it. I was told "they will look into it" each time, but no changes were made. I sorely disappointed by the overall decline if this hotel and will be looking into other chains that are nearby.
